All Butler County child support cases are on the statewide computer system known as the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS). Due to this, we are unable to provide you with information regarding your account over the web. Please call our main number or the VRU for specific case information.
Hours of Operation
The agency sees clients in-person by appointment ONLY. You can schedule an appointment by calling our customer service number (513-887-3362) or by sending us an email. The agency schedules appointments between 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Tuesdays and between 8:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M on Fridays.
Payments
To make a payment in-person, please visit our payment window located on the 8th floor of the Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011. The window is open from 7:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The payment window accepts cash and credit card payments only. Payments made by check or money order should be sent directly to Child Support Payment Central, P.O. Box 182372, Columbus, OH 43218.
Genetic Testing
Testing occurs on the 8th floor of the Government Services Center located at 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011. You must make an appointment for genetic testing. The hours for testing are currently daily from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
The agency holds genetic testing appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and Thursdays from 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
