The Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency is dedicated to serving the public to assure a higher quality of life and a better future for our children. The CSEA helps families by establishing paternity, collecting child support, enforcing support and medical orders and modifying support orders.

The child support program ensures parents support their children, encourages family responsibility and reduces the cost of welfare to taxpayers.

If you would like to make a cash or credit card payment in-person, please visit our payment window located on the 7th floor of the Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH  45011.

The payment window is open from 7:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The lobby also closes at 4:00 P.M.

The Ohio Office of Child Support recently launched a new website for child support customers. For the first time, customers have access to on-demand, case specific information. Individuals can update address, employment and health insurance information, obtain payment history details and find answers to frequently asked questions. In the future, individuals can email questions from the site and request child support services.
