The Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency is dedicated to serving the public through effective implementation of child support laws in order to assure a higher quality of life and a better future for our children.

The CSEA helps families by establishing paternity, collecting child support, enforcing support and medical orders and modifying support orders.

The child support program ensures parents support their children, encourages family responsibility and reduces the cost of welfare to taxpayers.

SHOULD ANY CSEA CLIENT RECEIVE A "TEXT MESSAGE" STATING THAT IT IS FROM OUR AGENCY REQUESTING INFORMATION ON YOUR CHILD SUPPORT CASE, DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION. THE BUTLER COUNTY CSEA DOES NOT UTILIZE TEXTING WHEN CONTACTING THEIR CLIENTS FOR ANY REASON. SHOULD YOU RECEIVE ONE OF THESE TEXTS, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT AT (513) 887-3362 OR USE THE E-MAIL COMMUNICATION SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE.

The agency sees clients in-person by appointment ONLY. You can schedule an appt. by calling customer service or by sending us an email. The agency schedules appts. between 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Tuesdays and between 8:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M on Fridays. 

To make a cash or credit card payment in-person, please visit our payment window located on the 8th floor of the Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH  45011. The window is open from 7:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
